The Tri-State Bluegrass Association presents its 32nd Annual Winter Bluegrass Festival. Join the fun Friday and Saturday, February 19 & 20th, 2010 at the Holiday Inn, 4821 Oak St., Quincy (directly west of Walmart). Admission is $30 Weekend, or $15 Friday (6:30), $20 Saturday,$15 Saturday (12:00),and $15 Saturday (6:30). Students 12-16 Half Price, children under 11, Free (with adult). TSBA Members- $1.00 off ticket
